• *Early Registration Deadline Dates are Wednesday, One Week prior to the date of the class. Registration forms and payment must be received by this date to qualify for the Early Registration Discount. These classes will close out, so register now if you would like to attend. Seminars with an '*' are available for participation by the Internet for an additional $25 fee. 'Paperless Office' Seminars are not eligible for early discounts.

• Clients with a CSC Limited or Comprehensive Support Agreement can attend Seminars or Workshops and receive an additional discount as a benefit of that Agreement. There is no limit to the number of attendees that qualify for this discount. Support Discounts apply to Internet attendees, as well.

• Shelton Classes start promptly at the designated time because of Internet attendees. You should show up at least ½ hour before the class to get your computer assignment. Web participants should log into the session at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you are not ready, you may not be allowed to join the session until the first break as this would disturb all other participants. Shelton, CT classes are taught in our training center at 3 Corporate Drive.
   

Course Descriptions

Physician's Paperless Office Classes:

The 'PPO Setup 1' class is for office managers and support personnel. It lays the groundwork for moving to a paperless office and deals with the billing interface, general setup of screens, scanning, faxing, and topics of that nature.

The 'PPO Setup 2' class is for Doctors, Therapists, and other practitioners that want to make the most of the note generation, encounter processing, and clinical management aspects of the system. Setup 1 should be completed prior to practitioner attendance at this session so practitioners can confer upon completion of the sessions with office management. Since clinical personnel are involved, these classes are held in the evenings.

Web seminars are conducted by certified trainers throughout the US and require access to the Internet and a telephone. Multiple people from the practice can attend at no charge. A non-refundable Web Access fee is charged for attendees accessing sessions by the Internet. This covers the cost of software, installation, training and setup on the Web system.

Local Accommodations

If you need accommodations, you can stay in Shelton, Trumbull, or Fairfield, CT. We are located one hour from New York City and there are a wide range of reasonably priced and 'suite' hotels near by. You can fly into the major New York or the Bradley International airport in Hartford - we are about the same distance from either one.
