** Free Seminars - FREE to licensees/clients with a current CSC Support agreement. CSC Software licensees without a current agreement may attend for a fee of $100 if there is space available. Space is limited so sign up early - these classes close out. A $25 'no show' fee will be assessed, a credit card is required to register.

$25 Web Access - You can attend the seminars by the web. Any number of users can watch from a work station in your office. The $25 fee includes installation/testing/ instruction on the use of the web seminar system. You will need to dial a telephone to listen to the session and you may incur long distance charges. Signup is required by Wednesday of the week of the seminar.

Twice Daily - Friday morning classes start promptly at 9:00AM (EST) and run to 10:30AM. Friday afternoon classes start promptly at Noon (EST) and end at 1:30PM. All Friday Classes are available via the Web for a $25 fee (limit 10 users). Shelton, CT classes are taught in our training center at 42 Oliver Terrace.
Course Descriptions
Appointments Scheduling Classes: Generally, since this is a simple system, it reviews basic operation, then goes to new features. Users will be shown how to configure superbills, and use the label system. Finally, management reporting and how to get the most out of the system is reviewed. Instructors are experienced technical support personnel or trainers. These classes are free.
Web seminars are conducted by certified trainers throughout the US and require access to the Internet and a telephone. Multiple people from the practice can attend at no charge. A non-refundable Web Access fee is charged for attendees accessing sessions by the Internet. This covers the cost of software, installation, training and setup on the Web system.

Local Accommodations
If you need accommodations, you can stay in Shelton, Trumbull, or Fairfield, CT. We are located one hour from New York City and there are a wide range of reasonably priced and 'suite' hotels near by. You can fly into the major New York or the Bradley International airport in Hartford - we are about the same distance from either one.
